Event Design and Production

The couple's love for the ocean was the inspiration for their invitation suite and reception accessories. Coral and jute captured the essence of their summer wedding, with starfish and bamboo paper accents putting the finishing touches on their outdoor celebration.                      

In conjunction with More Than a Game, Mimio designed a separate concept for Top of Their Game at the Japanese American National Museum, which highlighted Japanese American athletes, including Wat Misaka, professional basketball player with the New York Knicks in 1947, Wimbledon champion Ann Kiyomura, and Olympic gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi.
